Sony's next flagship Xperia X-range smartphone, the alleged Xperia F8331was recently spotted online, showing off a 'very different design, a clean break from the Z line-up'. The phone has been leaked again, this time by serial tipster @onleaks. The new batch of renders shared by the tipster are in line with previously leaked images of the phone in question, suggesting, Sony might just be working on giving its Xperia line-up a major facelift.
Although, @onleaks doesn't divulge any in-depth hardware information, he mentions that the Xperia XR - or the Xperia F8331 - will measure 146.4 x 71.9 x 8.1mm in dimensions. The tipster adds that Sony may launch the phone sometime in September, this year.
It has been reported that the Xperia F8331will be bigger (with 1080p resolution) than the Xperia X Performance (a 5-inch phone) and will also have 4K recording support on both front and back cameras.
